The Merkur 39C Slant Head Double Edge (DE) Safety Razor is a beautifully crafted and finished 2 piece razor. The quality which is synonymous with Merkur is evident in every detail. The longer length handle is chromed brass with precision milling along the whole section which allows for a superior grip even when hands are wet. The matching base allows for easy blade swapping and also adds the finishing touch to an eye catching razor. The razor sits comfortably in the hand and the weight is evenly distributed along the length of the handle, achieving a well balanced easy to use razor. The handle is topped with the famous Merkur 'slant' head which is die-casted zinc and finished in Polished Chrome. An elegant looking razor and a popular favourite. Supplied with one Merkur Super Platinum DE Razor Blade.

How to Use

The Razor head is released by unscrewing the handle and lifting the cover clear to insert the blade. Slot the head cover back in place, screw and tighten the handle and you're ready to go - Simple!

Recommended for

Commonly known as THE SLEDGEHAMMER, due to its weight and heavy duty performance, the 39C is particularly suited to thick beards and the more confident shavers. If you prefer a shorter handle, we would suggest you go for the 37C.

Grooming Tip

Always rinse excess soap and stubble off your razor after use to prevent a stubborn build-up of residue. This protects your razor and ensures it is ready to go for your next shave without any further prep.
