To improve customer service:
Having your details stored on our system makes it much easier for us to check up on your order status or respond to any other queries you might have.
To process transactions:
Where you have ONLY added your information to place an order, we will only use that information to process that order. Your bank details are not held by us at any time, as we use the external SagePay system to process orders securely on our behalf. Your personal information (such as name, address etc) will be retained to both allow you to login and shop with us again and to aid any support questions you might have.
Unless required to disclose personal information by law, third parties will NEVER have access to your details.
To send emails:
Order related emails: The email address you provide for order processing will ONLY be used to send you information and updates relating to your order. It may also be used to respond to your inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
Mailing list emails: If you decide to opt-in to our mailing list, you will receive emails that may include Product Updates, Special Offers, Hints and Tips etc. At the end of every promotional email there will be a link to unsubscribe from further emails, or you can contact us via the website and ask to be removed.  
How we protect your information  
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, customer name, password, transaction information and data stored on our website.

We do not sell, trade, or rent our customers personal identification information to others.
We DO use external service providers to help us with things like newsletter distribution, but they are legally obliged not to make this information public!
